Return conditions
Service and returns:
dackus.energy guarantees quality and satisfaction. If a product does not meet your needs, you can return the product within 30 days after ordering and get your money back. The costs for return shipping are at your expense, go to the website of a carrier (GLS, DHL, DPD, PostNL, etc.) and create a shipping label. NB! Not all electronic means of transport (over 20 kg) are accepted by every carrier. Please contact us for return assistance and to receive the return address. The condition we apply is that there is no damage to the returned product and that the product has not been used. After we have processed your return, we hope that you will place an alternative order with us if desired.
Exchange:
Exchange is not possible. In that case, we advise you to return the incorrect product and order a new product.
Belgian returns:
If you live in Belgium, you can also contact us for returns.
Broken?
If the product appears broken, please contact us so that we can help you determine what could be wrong through a number of tests and questions. If the product turns out to be truly defective, we will help you recover the product and you will receive a new product from us free of charge.
NB:
If you place an order for which no shipping costs are charged due to the size of the order and you return such a part of the order that your order falls below the minimum shipping rate, we will still charge the shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.

To order
If you want to buy a product, you can order it via our webshop. If there are multiple options for the product, you can indicate your choice in the product detail information before you add the product to the shopping cart. From the shopping cart you can place a one-off order or you can choose to create a customer account and leave your details with us for more frequent simple purchases. We will adhere to the applicable privacy conditions regarding the management of your personal data. For more information, please refer to the general terms and conditions on this website.
Pay
dackus.shop works together with Mollie to process your payment. This makes multiple payment methods securely available for online payments. In addition to direct payment, there is also an option to purchase on account (product will be sent after you have paid) or through Klarna you have the option to pay in 3 installments.
Delivery and costs
The delivery time is indicated for each product in the webshop. This is an indication. Due to various circumstances (beyond our control, for example due to the courier service), delivery times may differ slightly. We always send you a shipping code so that you can track the progress of the shipment. The delivery costs are twofold:
For electronic means of transport, the shipping costs throughout the EU are €30 and the delivery time is 5 - 8 working days.
For letterbox or small packages (such as parts, accessories, clothing, etc.), the shipping costs throughout the EU are €7.50 and the delivery time is 2 - 7 working days.
Electric mobility and electric clothing
Heat yourself instead of your entire house. For this you use electrically heated clothing on batteries.
